Benefits Overview

Regular full time employees of URM enjoy many benefits as well as a pleasant, friendly work environment. Some of these benefits are listed below.

 
Vacation

Each employee, after completion of one year of service as a regular full-time employee, is entitled to paid vacation.

Holidays

All regular full-time employees receive pay for New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In addition, employees earn 3 "float" days per year after completing one year of service.

Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription Drug

URM pays 100% of the premium for enrollment of the employee, their spouse, and their unmarried children under the age of 19 (or to age 24 if a qualified dependent and a full-time student).

Disability

Employees are automatically enrolled in the long-term disability program with the premium paid 100% by URM.  This benefit pays 60% of an employee’s monthly gross salary.

Life Insurance

Employees can elect up to 4 times of their annual base salary in life insurance with 50% of the premium paid by the company.

Retirement

URM has two retirement plans, a defined benefit and a 401k plan.  The defined benefit plan is fully funded by URM.  The 401k plan is employee funded with a company match percentage.
